I just got back from my Safeway and did this deal. The candy bags had peelie coupons save $2/2! I bought 2 bags and was able to get 4 free sodas. The cashiers at my Safeway are very friendly and we tried it out to see what happened and sure enough, 4 free with the 2 bags of candy. So, 2 bags of candy and 4 sodas for $3!
