Their new Barista Series features two brand new products, Reddi-Wip Nitro Creamer and Reddi-Wip Sweet Foam. I was thrilled to buy the fancy creamer because my husband is always asking me to make lattes at home, and while I don’t mind on the weekends, I find it chore a bit tedious during the workday because I have to clean the Bialetti, the pot for milk and the frother when I’m done.

These new creamer products from Reddi-Wip take all the work out of having your own fancy coffee drinks at home. I tried both and the Sweet Foam was a little too sweet for me (I never get whipped cream on my coffee), but the Nitro Creamer is a game changer!  Infused with nitrogen for swirling layers of velvety texture and an extra creamy finish, it’s a simple way to create an authentic coffeehouse experience at home.

The sweet foam will add a finishing touch of sweetness to your drink, but it will sit on top of the beverage (like a cappuccino or latte) instead of dispersing throughout the drink like the nitro creamer or other creamers.

 

 

The nitro creamer is dispensed directly into your beverage to infuse the entire drink with a rich and velvety vanilla-flavored texture, just like the Nitro coffee you’d find in a coffee shop. It can be used in place of a traditional creamer for hot or cold coffee and you can even put it in other beverages like soda or cocktails.

The Barista Series is dairy-based, not oil-based, unlike other traditional creamers. Reddi-Wip says they also have a distinctive taste that’s different from regular Reddi-Wip.

Both the nitro creamer and sweet foam are made with only six ingredients, are gluten-free, contain real sugar and have no artificial sweeteners, flavors or preservatives. The nitro creamer contains 40 calories per serving while the sweet foam contains 45 calories per serving.
