Here is a weekly meal plan that highlights family-friendly meal ideas that you can make for a week’s work of dinners, two breakfasts, and lunches using sale ingredients at Safeway. My objective is to keep the meal plan under $100 per week, have one meatless meal, at least one seafood meal, and each recipe will feed 5.
You can always halve the recipes if you have a smaller household. I always plan my meals around protein and produce sales.

- Monday: One Pan Almond Crusted Chicken With Veggies

- Wednesday: Italian Beef Roast Sandwiches with Garlic Smashed Potatoes
- Thursday: Orzo Chicken Skillet
- Friday: Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp – Recipe coming Thursday
- Saturday: Sheet Pan Sausage & Peppers
- Sunday: Corned Beef and Cabbage
- Lunches: Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches, turkey and cheese sandwiches, salads, leftovers
- Breakfast: Homemade Peanut Butter Granola, Baked oatmeal, omelets
Sheet Pan Almond Crusted Chicken With Veggies
