Ingredients
1poundground turkey
1cupfresh spinachchopped
2clovesgarlicminced
2eggsbeaten
½yellow onionfinely chopped, or grated
1/2cupbread crumbs
1teaspoondried oregano
½teaspoonKosher salt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
4ozfeta cheese crumbles
4hamburger buns
green leaf lettuce
1 tomatosliced
1red onionsliced
Instructions
Mix the ground turkey, spinach, bread crumbs, garlic, eggs, oregano, salt, pepper, feta and turkey together in a bowl until just combined.
Shape into 4 patties, 1-inch thick.
Heat a grill pan or skillet or to medium-high.
Add the turkey burger patties and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
