Ingredients
1tablespoonTiesta Tea Fruity Pebbles Green Tea Blend
14ozhot water(1 3/4 cup)
1cupkale, chopped
1/3cupmango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1/2banana, sliced
1/2cupice
Instructions
Boil water and steep the green tea according to package directions for 1-3 minutes. Let it cool. Alternatively you can cold brew the tea overnight and remove tea bags in the morning so your tea is ready to go.
In a blender, combine chopped kale, 14 oz of brewed green tea, mango chunks, banana chunks and ice. Puree until combined and frothy.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
