Grate 1/2 cup of the zucchini. Cut remaining zucchini into 1/2 inch wide strips or fries.
Place in zip top bag, along with the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of the dry ranch dressing. Shake to coat.
In a medium bowl, combine grated zucchini, ground turkey and 1 teaspoon dry ranch dressing. Form into four burger patties.
On a medium-high grill or grill pan place burgers to cook. Turn burgers after 6-7 minutes and continue cooking for an additional 6-7 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
Remove burgers from grill, lightly tent with aluminum foil and let rest 5 minutes.
