Notes
If not serving right away, cover with plastic wrap, laying wrap directly on top of the guacamole to prevent browning. For a beautiful presentation, garnish with additional pomegranate and pineapple pieces.For extra spice, use the whole jalapeño. The seeds and ribs carry extra heat!
