Waterfront BISTRO Raw Shrimp
peeled, deveined and tail removed
1/4
cup
almond flour or sub coconut flour
1
egg
beaten
1/2
cup
unsweetened
shredded coconut flakes
cooking spray
Signature SELECT Sweet Chili Sauce
for dipping, optional
Instructions
Start by cleaning the shrimp - remove the shells and tails and pat the shrimp dry. It's easier to use when dry.
Place the almond flour in a bowl, the beaten egg in a separate bowl, and the unsweetened coconut flakes in a third bowl.
Dredge the shrimp in the almond flour first, then in the beaten egg, then place it into the unsweetened coconut flakes until it's fully coated.
Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Spray with non-stick cooking spray, (I used coconut oil spray).
Cook at 360° for 10-12 minutes. You can check the shrimp at 10 minutes. It's done when the coconut coating is golden brown.
