Ingredients

  • peaches
  • plums
  • cherries
  • nectarines
  • apricots
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • juice of one lime
  • lime zest
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice the peaches, nectarines, plums or apricots and arrange on a platter.
  • Pit the cherries and cut in half and add to the platter.  Add fresh mint leaves.
  • In a small mason jar or bowl, combine the juice of one lime, zest of the lime and 1 tablespoon of honey.  Stir to combine.  Drizzle the dressing over the salad, just before serving.
  • Enjoy.
