Ingredients

  • 1-4 pound Bottom Round Beef Roast
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Slice and serve.
