BBQ Slow Cooker Country Style Pork Ribs

Fall off the bone tender, these sweet and smoky BBQ Slow Cooker Country Style Ribs are the easiest way to enjoy ribs!  Prepared with a dry rub and simmered in apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and BBQ sauce braising liquid, the pork is infused with flavor that makes these finger-licking good!

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs. country-style pork ribs bone-in or boneless
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • parsley minced for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or plate mix together the seasonings to prepare the rub.
  • Rub the ribs on both sides with the seasoning mix.  Place the ribs into the slow cooker.
  • Whisk together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl.  Pour the sauce over the ribs.
  • Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and top with extra BBQ sauce and fresh parsley to garnish on the serving platter.
