2.5lbs.country-style pork ribsbone-in or boneless
1teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoondry mustard
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
salt and pepper to taste
pinchof cayenne pepper
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
1/4cupsoy sauce
1cupBBQ Sauce
parsleyminced for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl or plate mix together the seasonings to prepare the rub.
Rub the ribs on both sides with the seasoning mix. Place the ribs into the slow cooker.
Whisk together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the ribs.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and top with extra BBQ sauce and fresh parsley to garnish on the serving platter.
