Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mango chopped (2 mangoes)
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno seeded and finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Also great served on salmon, fish tacos or shrimp tacos or grilled chicken.
