Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the salmon skin (if desired), slice the salmon into 4 portions, drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with O Organics Steak Grilling Seasoning.
Place the salmon and corn on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Cut the corn kernels off the grilled corn.
Make the dressing by combining the fresh chopped herbs with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and dried Italian seasoning. Stir until combined.
Assemble the salad by layering the greens, grilled corn kernels, tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper, red onion, the salmon and the dressing.
