  • 1.5 lbs salmon 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • O Organics® Steak Grilling Seasoning
  • 2 ears corn
  • 1 cup tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 English cucumber halved and sliced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped,
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs parsley, dill, basil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 large garlic clove minced
  • a pinch of O Organics® Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the salmon skin (if desired), slice the salmon into 4 portions, drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with O Organics Steak Grilling Seasoning.
  • Place the salmon and corn on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  • Cut the corn kernels off the grilled corn.
  • Make the dressing by combining the fresh chopped herbs with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper and dried Italian seasoning.  Stir until combined.
  • Assemble the salad by layering the greens, grilled corn kernels, tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper, red onion, the salmon and the dressing.
