In large food processor, combine beans and pumpkin; process 1 minute or until almost smooth.
Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin and desired amount of cayenne; process 30 seconds or until well blended, stopping machine and scraping sides of bowl as needed.
Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
Garnish with pomegranate arils, olive oil, cumin and pepitas if desired. Serve with crunchy veggies and savory crackers or pita chips.
