Hot Apple Cider
8cupsunfiltered or raw apple cider
2cinnamon sticks
1vanilla beansplit lengthwise in half
Garnish
1cupwhipped cream
1cupcoarsely-chopped toasted pecans
cinnamon sticks
Instructions
In a medium sauce pan, heat apple cider with cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean over low heat, about 10-15 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean.
Pour into mugs and garnish with whipping cream, pecans and cinnamon sticks. Serve.
Notes
Optional: Add a few orange slices when heating for a citrusy flavor.
