For the salad, pour romaine lettuce into large bowl. Add Nature Sweet® Cherubs®, sliced avocado, corn, black beans and cheese.
Top with Litehouse® dressing. For the shrimp:Mix chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper and sprinkle onto the shrimp. Put 4 shrimp on each skewer and drizzle with olive oil to prevent the shrimp from sticking to the grill. Grill shrimp for 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Serve 2 skewers with each salad. Garnish with fresh cilantro, a lime wedge and tortilla chips.
