118 ounce French bread loaf
8Lucerne® eggs
2 1/2cupsLucerne® Eggnogdivided
1/4tspkosher salt
1 1/2cupmaple syrupdivided
2tspground cinnamon
1tspvanilla extract
1/2cupchopped toasted pecans
Instructions
Line a crockpot with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray to make clean up easier.
Cut bread into cubes and place into the crockpot.
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. Add 2 1/4 cups eggnog, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and 1/2 cup maple syrup, whisking well. Pour the egg mixture over bread cubes in the crockpot.
Cover, turn the slow cooker on low for 4 hours.
Remove lid and sprinkle in pecans.
Maple Creme Syrup
In a microwavable bowl or mug, pour maple syrup. Microwave for 1 minute. Whisk in 1/4 cup eggnog.
Scoop the French Toast onto plates and drizzle top with Maple Creme Syrup.
