Bacon Deviled Eggs
Delicious mustard relish deviled eggs topped with crispy bacon and fresh chives. Perfect way to use up dyed Easter eggs!

- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dill relish
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Boil eggs and cool until you can handle them to peel.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half and remove the yolks to a medium size bowl.
Mash the yolks and mix with the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, relish and paprika until smooth.
Top with chopped chives and crumbled cooked baconEnjoy!
