4 cups thinly sliced Brussels sprouts (about 2 pounds) 4 clementines peeled and segmented 1/2 cup pomegranate arils 1/4 medium red onion thinly sliced 3/4 cup shaved parmesan 1/2 cup pecans toasted and chopped Vinaigrette 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar 4 Tbs clementine juice (about 2 clementines) 1 1/2 tsp pure maple syrup 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/8 tsp black pepper
