Cantaloupe Smoothie Bowl Recipe

  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe pieces frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Optional toppings
  • dried shaved coconut
  • blackberries
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • pepitas
  • chia seeds


  1. Place cantaloupe pieces on a waxed paper lined baking tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Place frozen cantaloupe pieces and remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into bowl and use optional toppings, if desired.
