Ingredients
2 1/2lbsboneless country-style pork ribsabout 4 large
1/2tspkosher salt
1/4tspground black pepper
1/3cupdark brown sugar
1/2cupsoy sauce
1/2tspground ginger
1Tbsrice wine vinegar
1Tbsgarlic chili sauceor Sriracha
Optional Garnish
1Tbstoasted sesame seeds
1scallionfinely sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Season ribs with salt and pepper and place on the sheet. Use a second sheet of foil and cover the ribs, folding edges together to create a pouch. Place in oven and bake for 1 ½ hours.
In a small bowl, mix to combine all remaining ingredients. Divide and set aside.
Increase oven temperature to 425°. Remove ribs from foil packet and place directly on baking sheet. Brush with glaze. Return to oven for 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with glaze.
