Air Fried Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted, divided
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets (about 8 cups)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour

Instructions

  • PREHEAT air fryer to 370°F. Mix 1/4 cup of the RedHot sauce and 2 tablespoons of the melted butter in a large bowl. Add cauliflower florets; toss until well-coated and sauce is absorbed. Gradually sprinkle almond flour over cauliflower in a bowl, tossing to coat.
  • PLACE cauliflower in the fryer basket. Air fry 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy on the outside, gently shaking basket or tossing cauliflower halfway through cooking.
  • MIX remaining 3 tablespoons RedHot Sauce and 2 tablespoons butter in a small bowl. Transfer cauliflower bites to a serving platter. Drizzle immediately with RedHot butter mixture.
  • Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, if desired.
