Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon

Smoky and tender, our Cedar Plank Salmon is a simple but elegant meal. It’s a great option for family dinners or cooking out! Serve with grilled or steamed veggies and one of our refreshing mocktails for a fancy meal without the restaurant prices.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cedar Planks soaked in water for 1-2 hours before grilling
  • 12 lime slices
  • 4-5 ounce skinless salmon portions
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium (375º-425º). On cedar planks, place 3 lime slices in a row and top with salmon portion. Repeat with remaining limes and salmon portions. Two salmon portions should fit per plank. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a small dish combine lime zest, brown sugar and cumin. Sprinkle on top of salmon portions.
  • Place cedar planks on grill for 12-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
