Ingredients
2Cedar Plankssoaked in water for 1-2 hours before grilling
12lime slices
4-5ounceskinless salmon portions
1/2tspkosher salt
1/4tspblack pepper
zest of 1 lime
1/4cupbrown sugar
1tspcumin
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium (375º-425º). On cedar planks, place 3 lime slices in a row and top with salmon portion. Repeat with remaining limes and salmon portions. Two salmon portions should fit per plank. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a small dish combine lime zest, brown sugar and cumin. Sprinkle on top of salmon portions.
Place cedar planks on grill for 12-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.
