Instructions
Place watermelon pieces on a waxed paper-lined baking tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
Place frozen watermelon pieces and remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into bowl and top with optional ingredients, if desired.
