Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped watermelon pieces frozen
  • 1/4 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/8 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Optional toppings
  • chia seeds
  • coconut flakes
  • blueberries
  • almonds
  • fresh mint

Instructions

  • Place watermelon pieces on a waxed paper-lined baking tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
  • Place frozen watermelon pieces and remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into bowl and top with optional ingredients, if desired.
