Ingredients
Open Nature Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips or Slices
1/2cupalmond flourtraditional flour may be used
2eggs
a few dashes of hot saucelike Tabasco
1 1/2cupsPanko bread crumbsI used whole wheat panko
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoondried dill
olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
Drain the pickles well and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the flour in one bowl, the eggs with tabasco in another bowl, and the breadcrumbs and seasonings in a third bowl to create your dredging station.
Whisk the eggs and tabasco until blended. Stir the panko and seasonings to incorporate.
Dredge the pickle chips in the flour, then the egg, then the seasoned panko. Set the breaded pickle chips in the air fryer basket. Once you have a layer of pickle chips, spray with non-stick olive oil spray, then cook at 400° F for 5 minutes.
Turn the pickles over in the basket, spray again and cook for another 2 minutes.
