Boil the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and toss with olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the pasta into the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 400° F for 10-12 minutes, removing the basket and shaking occasionally to turn the pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the whipped feta dip by combining the feta cheese crumbles with the Greek yogurt and red pepper flakes in a mini food processor until well combined. Pour into a serving vessel.
Once the pasta is cooked and crunchy, remove it from the air fryer to a serving platter and repeat until all the pasta is cooked.
If you do not have an air fryer, you can bake in the oven. Place the seasoned pasta on a baking sheet in a single layer and cook in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, turning a few times until the pasta is crispy. If you have a convection feature on your oven - be sure to use that as it would replicate the air fryer cooking method.
Serve with a bowl of marinara, a whipped feta dip and prepared pesto or olive tapenade.
