Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray and heat to medium.
Spread 3 tablespoons ricotta over a tortilla and place in pan.
On one side of the tortilla, place 2-3 slices of tomato. On the other side of the tortilla, place 2 ounces fresh mozzarella
Sprinkle 4 fresh basil leaves over the whole tortilla. Fold tortilla in half. Let cook a couple minutes until cheese is melted.
