Prepare pasta noodles according to package directions until al dente.
While pasta is boiling, in a large bowl, combine drained tuna, olives, chopped spinach, chopped tomatoes, feta cheese, and lemon zest in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl or mason jar with a lid, combine the juice of a lemon and 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. Stir or shake well to combine.
Toss the tuna mixture with the cooked spaghetti. Drizzle with the lemon olive oil dressing and toss to coat.
Taste for seasoning and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
