Pour the almond milk into a blender. Add the protein powder, sliced pears, cinnamon, cardamom, fresh ginger, vanilla extract and ice to the blender. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
Notes
If you want to add spinach or kale to make it a green smoothie, add 1/2 cup. You won't taste it as the pear and chai spices carry the flavor of the smoothie.
