Chili-Lime Grilled Cantaloupe

Try this surprising treat the next time you’re grilling. Sprinkle chili powder over thick wedges of cantaloupe and place them on the grill alongside cut limes. Grilled Cantaloupe with Chili and lime add unexpected flavor to a summer favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe peeled and seeded, cut into wedges
  • 2 limes cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon O Organics® chili powder
  • non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • Spray cantaloupe and cut end of lime with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle chili powder on cantaloupe.
  • Place cantaloupe and cut side of lime on the grill set to medium-high. Turn cantaloupe after 3 minutes.
  • Grill an additional 3-4 minutes, then remove cantaloupe and limes.
  • Let limes cool slightly and squeeze juice over cantaloupe. Serve.
