The color should be a creamy, light yellow-orange with little to no green. Ripe cantaloupe should smell sweet and a little musky.

- 1 cantaloupe (peeled and seeded, cut into wedges)
- 2 limes (cut in half)
- 1 Tbs O Organics® chili powder
- non-stick cooking spray
How to Grill Cantaloupe Wedges
Spray cantaloupe and cut the end of lime with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle chili powder on cantaloupe.
Place cantaloupe and cut side of lime on the grill set to medium-high. Turn cantaloupe after 3 minutes.
Grill an additional 3-4 minutes, then remove cantaloupe and limes.

Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe peeled and seeded, cut into wedges
- 2 limes cut in half

Instructions
- Spray cantaloupe and cut end of lime with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle chili powder on cantaloupe.

- Grill an additional 3-4 minutes, then remove cantaloupe and limes.
- Let limes cool slightly and squeeze juice over cantaloupe. Serve.
