Grilled Grape and Brie Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 naan flatbread pieces, about 4 ounces each
  • 4 ounces brie sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup red grapes cut in half
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup arugula

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium (375º-425º), leaving the center heating elements off for indirect grilling. Top naan with cheese. Add grapes and thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place naan in center of grill for about 7-8 minutes, until crust is toasted and cheese is melted. Remove and top each naan with 1/4 cup of arugula.
