2naanflatbread pieces, about 4 ounces each
4ouncesbriesliced thinly
1/2cupred grapescut in half
1tspfresh thyme leaves
1/4tspkosher salt
1/8tsppepper
1/2cuparugula
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium (375º-425º), leaving the center heating elements off for indirect grilling. Top naan with cheese. Add grapes and thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
Place naan in center of grill for about 7-8 minutes, until crust is toasted and cheese is melted. Remove and top each naan with 1/4 cup of arugula.
