Grilled Flatbread With Brie, Grapes, and Arugula

INGREDIENTS
2 naan (flatbread) pieces, about 4 ounces each
4 ounces brie, sliced thinly
1/2 cup red grapes, cut in half
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup arugula
How to Make Grilled Flatbread With Grapes and Brie
1. Preheat grill to medium (375º-425º), leaving the center heating elements off for indirect grilling. Top naan with cheese. Add grapes and thyme leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place naan in center of grill for about 7-8 minutes, until crust is toasted and cheese is melted. Remove and top each naan with 1/4 cup of arugula.
