- 1 everything bagel toasted
- 1 egg cooked your choice -
- 1 avocado
- 1 red vine tomato sliced
- Lucerne Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 cheese slice optional
- 2 bacon sices
- garlic powder to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
In a small skillet over medium heat, cook the egg how you like it
While the egg is cooking, toast the bagel and mash the avocado.
In a small bowl, mash the avocado and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Stir to mix.
Assemble the sandwich as follows:
bottom bagel
jalapeno cream cheese spread
tomato slices
cooked bacon strips
cooked egg
cheese if using
smashed avocado spread *
the top bagel
You'll spread the mashed avocado on the inside of the top toasted bagel to top the sandwich.
