Juicy and tender, air fryer pork chops with garlic herb butter are an easy weeknight meal that comes together in under 20 minutes. Serve with air-fried potatoes and a vegetable like roasted or pan sauteed asparagus for a delicious dinner the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
Pork Chops
16ozAdapTable Meals boneless pork loin chops
1/2cupsalted butter softened
1tablespoonfresh rosemaryminced
1tablespoonfresh thymeminced
2garlic clovesminced
salt and pepper to taste
Air Fried Potatoes
1lb.baby potatoesquartered
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoondried oregano or thyme
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined. Form the butter into a log shape and place it into plastic wrap. Roll the wrap around the butter into a log shape. Refrigerate or freeze until hard.
Brush the pre-seasoned pork chops with olive oil on both sides. Place into the air fryer basket.
Toss the quartered baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (I think this is what we used).
Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer along with the pork chops.
Cook at 370 degrees for 15 minutes, turning the pork chops and tossing the potatoes halfway through. The internal temperature of the pork should be 145° when fully cooked.
Plate the pork chops and potatoes and top with a slice of the garlic herb butter.
