Air Fryer Pork Chops

Juicy and tender, air fryer pork chops with garlic herb butter are an easy weeknight meal that comes together in under 20 minutes.  Serve with air-fried potatoes and a vegetable like roasted or pan sauteed asparagus for a delicious dinner the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Pork Chops
  • 16 oz AdapTable Meals boneless pork loin chops
  • 1/2 cup salted butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Air Fried Potatoes

  • 1 lb. baby potatoes quartered
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined. Form the butter into a log shape and place it into plastic wrap. Roll the wrap around the butter into a log shape. Refrigerate or freeze until hard.
  • Brush the pre-seasoned pork chops with olive oil on both sides. Place into the air fryer basket.
  • Toss the quartered baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (I think this is what we used).
  • Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer along with the pork chops.
  • Cook at 370 degrees for 15 minutes, turning the pork chops and tossing the potatoes halfway through. The internal temperature of the pork should be 145° when fully cooked.
  • Plate the pork chops and potatoes and top with a slice of the garlic herb butter.
