Ingredients
6large Medjool datespitted
2tablespoonspure maple syrup
2 1/2tablespoonswater
1/2cupof old fashioned rolled oats
2tablespoonsof ground flax seed
1tablespoonof black chia seeds
3/4cupof peanut butter
½cupof dark chocolate chips
2tablespoonscacao nibs
Instructions
Add rolled oats, ground flax seed, chia seeds, cacao nibs, peanut butter, dates, water, and maple syrup to food processor.
Pulse until ingredients are blended.
Add mixture to a large bowl, add in chocolate chip. Stir to combine.
Form energy bite mixture into 1" balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
