Refreshing and healthy cantaloupe smoothie bowl topped with your favorite fruit and nuts.

- 1 cup chopped cantaloupe pieces frozen
- 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Optional toppings
- dried shaved coconut
- blackberries
- strawberries
- raspberries
- pepitas
- chia seeds
Place cantaloupe pieces on a waxed paper lined baking tray. Freeze for 3-4 hours, or overnight.
Place frozen cantaloupe pieces and remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into bowl and use optional toppings, if desired.
