Ingredients
1head cauliflower
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1-2tablespoonssriracha sauce
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
zest of 1 lime
Instructions
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cut cauliflower into ½-inch thick steaks, being sure to cut through the core. A head of cauliflower will divide into 3-4 steaks.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place on a medium grill. Turn after 5 minutes and brush with sriracha sauce.
Turn again after 5 minutes and brush the other side with sriracha sauce. Turn 2 more times, at 5-minute intervals, brushing with sriracha after each turn.
Remove from heat and sprinkle steaks with the zest of a lime. Serve.
