Sriracha Lime Grilled Tuna Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4-6 ounce ahi tuna steaks
  • 1 can light coconut milk
  • 2 grated garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbs grated fresh ginger
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1-2 Tbs sriracha
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium (375-425º.) In a 9 x 13 pan, whisk together coconut milk, garlic, ginger, lime, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Place tuna in the marinade, coating both sides. Let sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, up to 1 hour.
  • Place ahi on the grill. Grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
