4-6ounceahi tuna steaks
1can light coconut milk
2grated garlic cloves
1Tbsgrated fresh ginger
zest and juice of 1 lime
1-2Tbssriracha
1tspkosher salt
1/2tspblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium (375-425º.) In a 9 x 13 pan, whisk together coconut milk, garlic, ginger, lime, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Place tuna in the marinade, coating both sides. Let sit in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, up to 1 hour.
Place ahi on the grill. Grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
