Tuna steaks are delicious grilled on their own with just a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
However, for this sriracha lime grilled tuna steak recipe, you combine fresh ginger, sriracha, coconut milk, and the juice and zest of one lime to create a flavorful Asian-style marinade that infuses the tuna steaks before you grill them.
You definitely want to cook the tuna to medium-rare, not all the way through because you will appreciate the tuna so much more when it’s not overcooked! It can get very dry when it’s cooked all the way through. The internal temperature should be 145 degrees.
