115 oz can Kuner’s® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
114.75 oz can Kuner’s® Cream Style Corn
1egg
1sleeve buttery crackerscrushed
1onionchopped
6slicesbaconcooked, chopped
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine corn, egg, onion, bacon, 3/4 of the cracker crumbs, and 1 tablespoon butter.
Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish.
Combine remaining butter and cracker crumbs, and spread evenly over the corn mixture. 5. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
