7 Easy Chicken Recipes
Safeway has an amazing sale price on boneless, skinless chicken breasts right now – just $1.49/lb. With this low price, chicken will be on my menu at least 5 out of the 7 nights this week, so I found some delicious new and easy chicken recipes using sale ingredients that I plan to try this week. My husband will be ecstatic because he prefers chicken over any other meat every night of the week, so I need to get creative with chicken recipes to add to my normal repertoire. I’m betting that these 7 easy chicken recipes will do the trick and hopefully make the regular meal plan rotation.
An easy one-pan recipe using boneless, skinless chicken breasts, roasted red potatoes, lemons and green beans. Just be sure to get it in the oven early enough since it takes an hour and 15 minutes to cook, but the end result is sure to please adults and littles alike.
Lemon, onions, garlic, and olive oil are the perfect combination of ingredients in this delicious chicken meal that can be prepared in a skillet and transferred to the oven to finish it off. Serve over rice or with roasted potatoes and a veggie and you’ve got a perfect home cooked meal in 30 minutes.
Quick Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl Recipe is better than takeout and made with just a few ingredients. This Asian chicken dinner idea is sure to be on your weekly rotation. Sweet, garlicky chicken served with rice and steamed broccoli comes together in just 20 minutes.
Use a combination of panko and corn flakes to create the perfect seasoned crispy, crunchy coating to contain the moist and tender chicken inside. Save on time and calories by baking this rather than pan frying parmesan chicken. I would slice this and serve over a Caesar salad, or with pasta for the kiddos.
Bowls are all the rage right now in culinary circles. Chop fresh veggies and mix with shredded chicken and rice to create this delicious meal that you can have for lunch or dinner again and again.
This bright, fresh and flavorful Mediterranean chicken dish is inspired by Greek ingredients featuring classics like garlic, lemon juice, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. Serve over rice or orzo for a complete meal.
Combine chicken with tortellinis and veggies to create the ultimate comfort food. I would prepare the base of the soup in the crockpot and let it simmer all day then add the tortellinis at the end since they require so little cooking time. This way I can have the meal on the table in a short amount of time.
