  1. Two issues that may come into play when trying to redeem these coupons:

    1) Safeway’s Corporate Coupon Policy (see http://www.safeway.com/ShopStores/Justforu-CP-RL ) states: “We will not accept ‘free product’ internet manufacturer coupons.” Thus the printable coupon you cite should not be redeemable if the store is following the corporate policy (which it is supposed to). Last year when there was a printable free Arla Cream coupon available, only 2 of the 4 local Denver Safeway’s I shop at would take that coupon and the ones that did only took it because the coupon specifically said it was “redeemable at Safeway”.

    2) Both of the coupons you cite have ‘issues’ that have been reported extensively about how they may be hard to redeem. For example, see: http://couponsinthenews.com/2018/02/13/coupon-error-tarnishes-major-yogurt-giveaway/ Briefly, the problem is that the coupon has TWO different barcodes on it (both the insert and printable versions), and that is in violation of the GS-1 coding standards for coupons, and this can cause the coupon to be rejected as invalid depending on the software your store’s register uses. So far I have tested this at 2 Denver safeways and both rejected the coupon.

    1. Thanks for the reminder. Jennifer must’ve forgotten, but we’ve updated the post. I had no idea there was trouble with redeeming the coupon elsewhere. Thanks for letting us know!
