Instant Oatmeal is a must-have in our house. Â My kiddos love the Apple Cinnamon and Maple & Brown Sugar flavors. Â This is my go-to for a quick and healthy breakfast. Â I mix one packet of the instant oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of whole oats, add water just to cover and microwave for 2 minutes. Â This way the kids get more whole grain fiber and stay full longer, and they never know the difference!
