These Spanish olives are stuffed with pimentos and make a killer dirty martini but are also fabulous chopped and mixed with cream cheese and served in a rolled salami. That’s one of my mother in laws staple appetizers for her holiday gatherings and it’s likely how my children learned to love olives!
