I bought 3x 32oz shredded cheese packs today and put them in the freezer. I find the shredded cheese freezes well given how it is generally used after. The slices and block cheeses, however, have a different texture after freezing and definitely lose something in the process. So when a deal like this comes around I stock up on the shredded stuff.
