The $2.00/1 Aveeno coupon you reference that can be printed from the coupons.com website states on it: “Limit one coupon per person. No more than 4 coupons (of any kind) for the same product in the same transaction.” This means you cannot use 2 of this same coupon in the same transaction, although you could use up to 4 coupons total of different types. This type of wordage has pretty much been standard on all Aveeno coupons for some time. I have never tried to use 2 of the same Aveeno coupon in a single transaction at Safeway, but I DO know that it will NOT work at Target, King Soopers, Walgreens, or Rite-Aid.
You could do something like this however:

–Use one $2.00 off any one (1)) AVEENO Face Product (Coupon # 038137-041179) (expires 12/31/17) – printable available from coupons.com
–Use one $1.00 off any one (1) AVEENO Product (Coupon #038137-039114) (expires 12/31/17) — printed coupon from 2017 Kroger Pharmacy book of coupons (books of which are still available in some local King Soopers).
Note: The coupon # is right above the bar code. The first set of digits is the manufacturer ID, the second set is the actual coupon #. This is important as I have found that there are times when multiple Aveeno $1.00/1 coupons are available and you CAN use them in the same transaction if each of them has a different coupon #.
