One Pan Pesto Cod with Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450°. On one side of a rimmed baking sheet,  place lemon slices down and top with cod. Add green beans to the other side of pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season fish and beans with salt and pepper.

2. Sprinkle parmesan and lemon zest over beans and toss to coat, then spread evenly on the pan. Top cod with pesto and any left-over lemon zest. Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until cod easily flakes. Serve.
