I mostly shop now at the Arvada CO Safeway on Wadsworth. I’ve noticed that their store software appears to be prone to a lot of glitches. I’ve kept track of these and so far they’ve roughly evened out (meaning those in the store favor have roughly equalled those in my favor), so I haven’t gotten too concerned about these.
For example, last week there were two digital coupons that should have stacked: $0.49 price for Yoplait Yogurt, plus a $1.00/10 for Yoplait Yogurt yielding a net price of $3.90 for 10 yogurts, but only the $0.49 coupon worked, making them 10 for $4.90 (and thus a net $1.00 in store favor). But, in same transaction one of the Dannon Oikos Blue yogurts I bought had $1.20 taken off (exceeding the sale price and the $1.20 counted in full even so) because of a digital coupon that is NOT supposed to work at all in CO (says so on the Just4U), and that had not worked on any date previous to this (thus a net $1.20 in my favor).

Alas, not so at my Safeway. Here they are $9.99 per box this week. The B1G2 is in effect, but that effectively makes them $3.33 each.
Actually, the $9.99 price was nowhere to be seen. None of the display for these showed ANY price at all (only listing the B1G2). But the $9.99 definitely showed up at checkout.
Arthur – how befuddling! May I ask at which store you shop? The weekly ad actually shows the regular price as $7.99 and the signage in my store (pictured above) also said $7.99.
