Shamrock Beer & Cheese Dip
Celebrate the luck of the Irish! This dip is the perfect appetizer for your St. Patrick’s Day soirée!
Ingredients in Beer & Cheese Dip
- 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 cup grated white sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Guinness beer
- 2 Tbs sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced scallion
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
How to Make Beer & Cheese Dip
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse a couple of times to bring ingredients together, then blend about 30-45 seconds until smooth.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Serve with your favorite crunchy green vegetables like cucumbers, peppers, steamed asparagus, steamed broccoli and more!
